A little message to our family
With increasing government guidance on how to stay safe, we wanted to keep you up to date with what we're doing as a business to protect you and all of our wonderful customers, and to show that while we're going through unprecedented times, we're working together to keep our distance away while we're still connected.
- All based in the head office, including the studio staff, is working from home.
- Our Customer Service team is also remotely set up to support you 24/7 with any queries via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Twitter DMs, instagram DMs and email.
- Our warehouse team is working on a 2 metre distancing policy that is made possible by reduced staffing across shifts, staggered start and finish times and staggered breaks that we are flexible to support requests from customers. We've spaced out all the workstations where your Bluelondon order is packed and distributed, and we implement extra deep cleaning sessions across all areas of the warehouse.
- Our carriers are practising social distance meaning that you can select contactless delivery or safe place for your order, maintaining the social distancing rules for both you and our drivers
Order & returns
- We've extended our return date to 14 days so that you can continue to shop comfortably from the comfort of your home! If you have recently shopped with us and would like to return things, please wait until the government rules authorise you to do so.
- Delivery dates will be kept up to date on line and you will be shown the exact date of delivery at checkout before you put your order.

We are working around the clock to make sure all guidance set is being met, and going above and beyond for our customers to make sure they stay safe, while we continue to deliver the hottest trends and content to you at home. We will continue to follow any Government guidances and will keep you updated if there are any changes, keeping our Bluelondon family and you at the forefront of all that we do.
